Luxury Living at Affordable Rates

Enjoy luxury living in a friendly community at affordable rates. Your stay comes with full amenities in an ideal location offering many fun and exciting local activities for the family. We offer 77 Back-In sites and 20 pull-through RV complete with 20/30/50-amp electric service, all concrete pads and roads, and strong site-wide Wi-Fi. Each site is furnished with a picnic table and we offer water, sewer, and trash pick up to all of our guests.

Pull Through and Back-In Sites are 14’X 68’

Stated rates are for two people. Each additional person is $5.00 per day or $100.00 per month. Long-term RV stays will be billed on a month-to-month basis. We require a $200.00 electric deposit for all monthly stays. At the end of your visit, the $200.00 deposit will be applied to your final month’s electric bill, and we will refund you the remaining amount. Monthly rate does not include electric, billed at $0.12/kwh.
